Roads and Landscape Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Roads and Landscape Supervisor in Gold Coast, Australia.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising up to 30 staff members and ensuring the efficient delivery of road and landscape projects. As a key member of our team, you will assist in implementing new practices and procedures to increase team efficiency, conduct regular WH&S field inspections on all crews, coordinate with your manager to meet all customers on a regular basis, support and assist as needed for specific audit and inspection programs, delegate tasks and responsibilities to your team as required, and assist with quoting work for clients.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in horticulture is advantageous
  • Must have experience in tendering, quoting, budgeting, and forecasting/scheduling of work
