The Night Shift Supervisor will lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality road and earthworks projects. The successful applicant will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement quality control techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
- Implement quality control techniques to ensure high-quality work.
- Plan and allocate tasks and activities as required.
- Develop and maintain complex construction sequencing plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction, Road Construction or Plant (preferred).
- 4 years of experience in roadwork projects.
- Proven experience in Road and Earthworks.
- Ability to supervise work zone.
