How You Will Contribute

As a Counseling Support Worker, you will make a significant contribution to Sonder's mission by providing high-quality mental health services to members. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver our vision of transforming workplace wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with internal and external providers to implement effective management plans, participate in clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to our ongoing improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver mental health services within Sonder's stepped care model, offering guidance and intervention at the second level of support.
  • Perform psychosocial assessments to identify member needs, barriers to care, and appropriate support pathways.
  • Create tailored plans with service referrals and actionable steps to help members access necessary support.
