About The Role

Job Overview

The Social Media Growth Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms. This involves driving engagement, expanding audience reach, and enhancing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy for social platforms, collaborating with key stakeholders in editorial and audience growth.
  • Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating a content ecosystem across owned and off-platform channels.
  • Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to marquee brands or platforms.
  • Explore emerging social platforms to expand brand presence, assessing benefits and risks.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy for all channels.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to drive platform growth.
  • Leverage social media monitoring tools and industry research to generate insights for data-driven content creation.

You have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital media management, with a track record of successful social media strategies. You possess a strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimisation, and platform-specific best practices.
