Home Care Assistant - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are seeking individuals who enjoy providing home help services and personal care support to older members of our community.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in a varied environment, build positive relationships with clients and their families, and can work independently to find solutions to everyday problems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing general housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping assistance
  • Supporting personal care needs including getting clients out of bed, assisting with medications, and providing social and emotional support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
