Job Description:

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in embedding and enhancing regulatory compliance capability across the organization. This role supports the implementation of the Compliance Strategy and standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and fostering a proactive risk culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic compliance advice to business leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Design and implement effective controls to monitor adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to risk-in-change assessments, support governance and training initiatives, and lead the implementation of remedial actions to uplift compliance maturity across the organization.
  • Mentor compliance analysts and collaborate across lines of defense to deliver best-practice compliance outcomes.
