About The Role

This strategic position is designed to execute an advisory and partnering role across departments, contributing significantly to the execution of the risk management and compliance strategy and operating model.

As a key player, you will own risk and compliance governance and projects with senior stakeholders, driving outcomes through data-led reporting.

The primary objective is to shift the dial on the risks that truly matter while ensuring the organisation maintains its licence to operate.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of the GRC Tool (CAMMS) sponsored by Flutter.
  • Mature the governance structures within the organisation, driving outcomes through data-driven reporting.
  • Drive consistency in governance systems and standardise and mature Risk and Compliance reporting.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Industry-recognised accreditation/certification in risk and/or compliance/CA/CPA.
  • 5+ years' experience in regulated industries with a compliance capacity.
  • Ability to understand and map out business processes and functions, operating models, and business architectures to diagnose critical issues.
