Role Overview:
This is a key position in the corporate services department that will play a pivotal role in building a school culture in a rapidly growing northern suburbs community.
The RoleAs a senior professional, this role requires expertise in human resource management, financial planning, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on their own professional growth and development, be keen to continue learning, and thrive in a forward-thinking team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and daily operations support for the school's corporate services department.
- Manage teams and ensure effective operations within the school office.
- Develop and implement human resource management practices and processes.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial plans, and accounting procedures.
- Offer high-level written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Lead and develop a team to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
The successful applicant will be familiar with current department programs and able to quickly build knowledge in new initiatives.
