Job Title: Senior Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mill maintenance team.

Your key responsibility will be to coordinate daily activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our processing plant.

This includes overseeing maintenance tasks, implementing safety and quality standards, and promoting a safe work culture within the team.

You will work closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure production schedules are met.

A key part of this role is to provide input into weekly and long-term planning, as well as assisting in the development and training of team members.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel in the safe and effective operation of the processing plant.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Implement safety and quality standards throughout the mill area.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and meet production schedules.
