Our Cleaning and Trolley Operations Team

At our retail stores, we have a dedicated team that ensures the premises are clean and tidy. This team also collects trolleys from designated parking spaces and brings them back to the store. We strive to create a safe and hygienic environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and push trolleys from specific locations in and around the store.
  • Follow our in-store cleaning checklist and clean across all departments and team rooms (toilets, offices & break areas).
  • Assist customers in-store with answering questions or providing directions.

Essential Skills and Qualities

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on tasks.
  • The ability to travel to and from your employing store.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift roster, which may include early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
