About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and physically fit individual to join our proactive services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers and colleagues experience a clean and hygienic environment.

You will be responsible for completing tasks allocated in the daily planner, including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and team rooms. You will also collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas, working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.

Additionally, you will assist customers with questions or directions and work alongside your team to bring good to everyone, every day.

Full training is provided in operating various equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An ambitious mindset and a love of retail and people.
  • Physical fitness for physically demanding tasks and the ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments and availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
