Job Overview

This role oversees daily administrative functions of People and Culture, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management. The successful candidate will display a proactive approach, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective execution of people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Human Resources Information System for efficient record-keeping.
  • Closely work with our payroll partner to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Evaluate and adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations, including payroll reporting requirements, in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior HR personnel to deliver the annual HR cycle, including performance reviews, promotions, and remuneration reviews for the APAC population.
  • Manage onboarding processes, new hire orientation, and data entry into the ADP HR Module.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
  • Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and Payroll partnering, preferably within Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive initiative to follow through on tasks and resolve problems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all HR activities.
