Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service department and front-of-store operations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Store Manager. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent service standards, leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop your team
  • Maintain excellent service standards, ensuring a clean and safe checkout area for both team members and customers
  • Drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Be customer-obsessed, continually seeking to better understand diverse customer needs to provide an outstanding shopping experience
