Job Description:

As a Salaried Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of financial products to allocated markets. You will work independently to achieve results through your own efforts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
  • Solutions Analysis
  • Analyze complex problems and issues to find effective solutions.
  • Receiving Visitors
  • Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
  • Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to create a call plan and ensure quality data.
  • Customer Needs Clarification
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to present to decision-makers and influencers.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships.
  • Operational Compliance
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Business Development
  • Monitor and assess sales and market data to identify areas for business development.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation
  • Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
  • Data Exploration
  • Conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and Own Car.
  • FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification).
  • Clear Criminal and Credit Check.
  • Minimum of 3 Years Working Experience (preferably in Sales).
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
  • Presentation Skills an Added Advantage.
