We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone and ticketing system
  • Demonstrate software solutions to customers to resolve individual challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and second-level support
Requirements:
  • Business level fluency in English and Hindi (other languages are a bonus)
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, and Android
  • Qualifications in IT or relevant technical training is advantageous
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer support role
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
  • Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
