**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide general maintenance and building maintenance duties, including painting, lighting maintenance, gutters, air conditioning, tiling, basic plumbing, and other general repairs
* Develop and implement a preventative, proactive, and reactive maintenance program
* Deliver a high level of service to residents, visitors, contractors, and staff
* Maintain the shared spaces, ensuring a high standard of presentation
* Work within health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff, reporting hazards where appropriate

**What We're Looking For:**

* Previous maintenance experience, with a trade background or qualifications preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in a Retirement Community, Aged Care, or hotel environment advantageous
* A service, solution, and preventative approach with strong customer service skills
* Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite and asset management/ordering systems
* Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
* Full vaccination for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
