Casual Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate casual disability support worker to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying disabilities in their daily lives.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for providing companionship, empathy, mentoring, positive behaviour support, and guidance to our clients, as well as assisting with daily living tasks, domestic duties, administering medication, behaviour management support, assistance with transport, and encouraging participation in community activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a minimum Certificate III in Disability, have relevant experience in the industry, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential requirements.
