Transform Australia's Digital Landscape as a Customer Field Technician

As a Customer Field Technician with NBN Co, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and working on customer-facing tasks across various nbn technologies. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services.

Your typical day could include:

  • Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
  • Working in a flexible environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

We're seeking both experienced candidates and those with transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background who are keen to explore a new career in the telco sector. A large part of this role is working in customer's premises, so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.
