Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to fill the role of Lead Educator. As a qualified educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that foster growth and development in young children.

About the Role
  • Design and orchestrate engaging activities like art, music, and outdoor play

Key Qualifications
  • Diploma Qualified – ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and you're confident in leading learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of Frameworks – Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS, turning theory into meaningful moments for kids.
  • Proven Experience – Experience with children aged 0–5, ability to adapt, stay calm, and bring a positive attitude.
  • Team Player – Collaborative, supportive, and ready to contribute to a close-knit team.
  • Strong Communicator – Clear, thoughtful, and professional when engaging families and colleagues.
