Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced forklift mechanic/service technician to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers, performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
  • Record notes and file service records appropriately
  • Provide high-level customer service to help solve material handling needs
  • Access industry-leading training and development opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Experience working with forklifts and other heavy machinery
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
