Senior Financial Crime Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Crime Compliance professional to join our Central Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team. The role enhances the financial crime compliance framework through risk assessments, policy support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain comprehensive financial crime risk assessments.
- Support the development and refinement of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to financial crime protocols and report findings.
- Contribute to training and awareness initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance outcomes.
You possess a strong understanding of financial crime obligations, including AML/CTF legislation and regulatory guidelines. Experience in financial services and banking enables you to assess risk across diverse products and third-party relationships.
