Financial Crimes Compliance Professional

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our financial crimes compliance efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless coordination of regulatory engagements.
  • Take ownership of all financial crimes-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on financial crimes initiatives and supportability policies.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of financial crimes programs in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with local regulations and partner requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years combined experience in financial crimes, preferably in payments, banking, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in executing complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in regulatory engagement and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of the payments industry and relevant legislations in Australia and New Zealand.
