Chief Product Marketing Officer

The product marketing leader will oversee the development and execution of product marketing strategies for current and future products within a business group. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and support overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Product Planning: Define and execute product roadmaps and strategies in collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Product Strategy Development: Work closely with senior leaders to develop overall product strategy and drive tactical activities.
- Market Analysis: Understand market opportunities, competition, and specify market requirements for current and future products and supplier engagements.
- Product Release Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage product releases, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with sales teams, prospects, and customers to gather feedback on current and future products.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the electronics industry.
- Proven leadership skills, managing professional employees and/or supervisors.
- Accountable for team performance, adapting departmental plans to address challenges.
- Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers.
- Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions.
