About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Claims Service Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a cost-effective, consistent, and positive experience for our customers.
">Your primary responsibility will be to assist our customers in their time of need, following our claims management process to ensure timely and effective resolution of their claims.
">- Manage claimant expectations and relationships
- Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders
- Tailor communication skills to suit client interactions
To succeed in this role, you will require:
">- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pays high attention to detail
- Experience in handling claims management processes and procedures
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
