About the Role:

Searson Buck is currently seeking a skilled Boilermaker to support their engineering client in the Wynard region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fabricating and welding car carriers
  • General fabrication and welding of stainless/carbon steel equipment
  • Participating in established continuous improvement activities
  • Complying with Tasmanian Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation requirements
About You:

We are looking for an experienced individual with:

  • General MIG/TIG/ARC welding skills
  • Trade qualification in Boilermaker/Welder (advantageous but not essential)
  • A high level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • A strong commitment to a safe working environment
