At Searson Buck, we are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to support our engineering client in the Wynard region. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabrication and welding of car carriers as well as general fabrication and welding of stainless/carbon steel equipment.

About the Role:

  • Fabrication and welding of car carriers
  • General fabrication and welding of stainless/carbon steel equipment
  • Participate in established continuous improvement activities

About You:

  • Experienced in general MIG/TIG/ARC welding
  • Trade Qualified Boilermaker/Welder is advantageous but not essential
  • Show a high level of initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully communicate and liaise with people at all levels within the business
  • A strong commitment to a safe working environment
