Delivering Rail Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Victoria's regional rail network.
As a trusted leader, you will oversee the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, bringing confidence, autonomy, and proven experience in track and civil engineering to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project delivery, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong leadership skills, including negotiation, collaboration, and influencing stakeholders.
- Current driver's license or ability to travel independently to site, as required.
Desirable Skills:
- Level 1 Track Safety Awareness training or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in rail, track, civil, or structures engineering.
- Accreditation with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
This role is a Risk Category 3 position and requires a successful completion of safety assessments and a medical check.
