Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our operations team.

About the Role
  • This autonomous position will be accountable for the leadership and management of all aspects of operations, including safety, people management, quality, and financials.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe operations in accordance with policies and procedures and ensure all quality systems are complied with.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and development to the team within the facility and management of direct reports.
  • Manage all aspects of the use of contractors, including agency casuals, maintenance, services, and contractors.
  • Ensure that production stays on schedule and quality standards are met.
  • Look for process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, business, or engineering would be beneficial.
  • Prior leadership experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
  • Ability to understand and read P&L reports and balance sheets.
