Job Overview

As a retail leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our showroom and product displays. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards and ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a full-time role working Tuesday to Saturday. If you have prior experience in large-format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to achieve showroom goals and objectives.
  • Manage planograms and ensure showroom presentation meets high standards.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive team environment.
  • Support merchandise, planogram adherence, and store standards with inter-store guidance.
  • Assist with deliveries when required (valid driver's license preferred).
  • Lift, bend, and climb as part of the role.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in large-format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Emerging or established leadership abilities and ambition.
  • Passion for the automotive industry (ideal).
  • Possess a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
