Job Title: Senior Finance Business Director

Job Description:

  • As we continue to expand our operations, a key leadership role has become available for a Senior Finance Business Director to support business growth and improve operational performance.
  • This critical position involves working closely with site leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site leaders to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Lead the delivery of comprehensive financial reports for regional operations.
  • Review financial results and prepare insightful reports that explain the underlying drivers.
  • Develop and coach a team of operations accountants to strengthen financial capabilities on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support labor cost analysis and upload production statistics for global reporting.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process across regional sites.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in financial business partnering, with expertise in commercial environments or private practice.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • A natural coaching style and passion for helping others grow professionally.
