Job Description:

Veeam is a global leader in data resilience. As a Virtualization Backup Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' data is always accessible and protected.

Our team has revolutionized technical support by providing one-on-one assistance to our customers. We strive to leave a positive impression on every interaction, providing invaluable feedback to developers and testers.

As a key member of our Technical Customer Support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation. You will also act as a technical focal point in relationships with fellow IT Professionals, taking ownership of customer problems from the beginning of a support case through resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Advanced user or administrative level with Windows OS 2008(r2), 2012(r2), 2016
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, firewall configuration, and networking configuration/troubleshooting
  • UNIX and/or Linux knowledge, VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange server administration, Database engines (SQL/Oracle)
