The successful candidate will have:

  • Mentor educators to deliver engaging, child-led programs
  • Lead reflective practice across the team to foster growth and innovation

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid, PR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Valid Working with Children Check
