Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store in Cairns. The role involves day-to-day operations, driving sales, managing stock, building customer loyalty, and leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the store's daily activities, including sales, stock control, and employee supervision
  • Driving sales growth and improving profitability through effective merchandising and inventory management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail or hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on service and satisfaction
  • Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and compliance standards
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets
