Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled food and beverage professional to join our team as a server. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and present food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and contributing to a positive and efficient service environment.
- Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and events to increase sales and revenue.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the dining area, restocking supplies, and performing cash handling tasks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, preferably in a role similar to this one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation, with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
