  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue
  • A valid RSA certificate is mandatory
  • Passion for delivering great connections with all our guests
  • Flexibility to participate in a varied working roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
