Key Role in Banking & Finance Team

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Banking & Finance team. As a key member, you will collaborate with partners and lawyers across offices to advise clients on complex transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions, as well as exposure to multiple industries and client matters.

  • Project financing structures and documentation
  • Acquisitions and leverage transactions
  • Property finance deals
  • General corporate financing

This is a permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model with 60% of your time spent in the office.

To succeed in this role, you should have expertise in Banking & Finance within a law firm or a combination of private practice and in-house experience.
