Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled banking professional to join our team as a Banking Consultant.

  • To provide customers with exceptional branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
  • To be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer service.
  • To contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.

About the Role

The Banking Consultant will play a key role in delivering a seamless banking experience for our customers. They will have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfill products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for our bank.

Key Responsibilities

You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of our bank. The role involves providing exceptional customer focus, being a user and promoter of technology, multi-tasking and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, willingness to work in a collaborative team environment, sound understanding of compliance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
