Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Evolve Scientific. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to our clients, including data entry and processing of customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively, meeting defined customer and business expectations.
- Perform cost center general ledger transfers and create accounts payable invoicing and credits as required.
- Monitor customer support stock and general office stationery, ensuring that all necessary supplies are maintained.
- Conduct other administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and photocopier use, as required.
- Assist with the training of casual staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to remain polite and courteous in a busy environment, with a strong customer focus and willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of SAP an advantage.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport.
