Project Opportunity
At Randstad Defence, we are partnering with Electro Optic Systems (EOS) to seek a Project Manager for their Space team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing assigned projects in accordance with contracted requirements and EOS Space Systems procedures.
This includes oversight of project resources to ensure compliance to requirements while managing cost and schedule performance.
The Project Manager will identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholders in the delivery of EOS Space Systems projects.
They will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
The role also involves reporting on assigned project status, opportunities, and risks to EOS Space Systems senior management periodically.
Additionally, the Project Manager will support a work environment that complies with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience as an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex defence projects.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience managing projects with the Department of Defence and/or Defence prime contractors.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of engineering will be highly regarded.
- Able to work 5 days in the office.
