Administration Role Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of mental health and wellbeing of people in the local community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services to support the delivery of services and activities. This includes being the first point of contact for consumers over the phone and at reception.

The role works flexibly and collaboratively with other teams, locations and administrative staff to support the delivery of effective and efficient administration services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team
  • Be the first point of contact for consumers over the phone and at reception
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and locations to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills
