As our Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Data entry, invoice reconciliation, and accounts management (using Xero).
* Progress claims setup, invoice preparation, and timesheet checking.
* Creditors and debtors management.
* Incoming calls, email correspondence, and office maintenance.
* Purchasing, WHS compliance, and insurance management.
* Tracking project details and performing general office tasks.

This role is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible arrangements around start and finish times).
