About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. As a key team member, you will be responsible for operating within multiple roles including Cashier Operator, Runner and Kitchen Operator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent guest service and promote a positive working environment within our Food & Beverage outlets
  • Work effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless operations and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Operate POS registers and maintain accurate records, adhering to Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements
  • Upsell and value add to every order to maximise revenue opportunities and achieve outlet KPIs
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace, adhering to food safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • Customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems and food safety requirements
  • Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with colleagues and guests
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
