Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our BI team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored reports
  • Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Integrate data from diverse sources into Power BI and optimize data pipelines
  • Fine-tune Power BI solutions for speed and efficiency
  • Empower users through comprehensive training and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Power BI administration, development, and design
  • Strong foundation in database systems, SQL, and ETL processes
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals for data-related services
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement universal semantic layers in complex data environments
  • Preferred experience in the retail sector to understand specific data requirements and challenges
  • Hands-on experience with leading data platforms such as Snowflake, SAP BW on HANA, and Oracle
