Production Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Production Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and dispatching goods in a timely manner
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Updating orders and customer details with accuracy
- Responding to customer requests via phone and email
- Scanning and filing documents
- Assisting with daily operations
- Liaising with drivers and performing ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, fast and accurate data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. They will also be reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a 12-month contract role, working Monday to Friday with flexible hours. Commencing immediately, the role offers 6 weeks of training and the opportunity to work with a reputable company that values its employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
