About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Blow Moulding Specialist to join our team at PACT Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating blow moulders, machinery, and monitoring the process of manufacturing bottles for use in the Dairy and Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Blow Moulding Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate blow moulders, machinery, and equipment to manufacture high-quality bottles.
  • Monitor Production Process: Monitor and ensure all production and quality records are completed as required, adhering to approved procedures and quality standards.
  • Meet Production Targets: Ensure daily production targets are achieved, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Team: Escalate breakdowns to the maintenance team and assist as needed to minimize downtime.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: A mechanical aptitude coupled with a relevant education and/or practical experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resolving issues at the root cause.
  • Teamwork Focus: A teamwork focus and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Trade Background: A trade background in areas such as mechanical or toolmaking is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends.
