Key Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Vehicle Processing Centre.
- Improve operational metrics by utilising strategic business planning skills and managing risks effectively.
- Plan, lead and control all processing services to meet organisational requirements.
- Deliver agreed business outcomes in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Develop and lead high performing teams through communication, engagement mentoring and empowerment.
- Reliable and dedicated individual with drive and energy.
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience.
- Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and sound financial experience.
- Proven track record of driving cost saving and business growth projects.
- Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills.
- Experience managing diverse teams and managing unionised workforces.
