This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of brand development and marketing strategies for assigned brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion across retail, ecommerce and digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and establish Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and maximize market reach.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with senior management to achieve key performance indicators.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in Retail, Wholesale or FMCG industries.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with seasonal marketing cycles and retail partnerships is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation.
- The opportunity to lead on 2 brands and contribute to exciting projects.
