Project Director Opportunity

Davidson is partnering with a leading Australian Financial services provider to deliver a major HRIS implementation project.

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of this project, leveraging their expertise in HRIS/HCM platforms, specifically SAP Success Factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Delivery: Lead the delivery of the program of works, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective financial control.
  • Delivery Standards: Collaborate with the Enterprise PMO to drive delivery standards and excellence.
  • Delivery Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by example, driving outcomes and results.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • People Leadership: Lead a team of PMs, BAs, Change Managers, and SMEs, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and building trust.
  • Vendor Management: Manage multiple 3rd party vendors, ensuring successful delivery and outcomes.
  • Human Resources: Possess a deep understanding of modern work methods, platforms, and practices.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale HRIS/HCM transformations.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end delivery of HR platforms, with a strong track record in SAP Success Factors.
  • Financial services experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong focus on delivery and results.
