About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Berri branch, driving sales performance and developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring the sales team, overseeing supply chain activities, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and store presentation.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth, you will identify opportunities to develop new business and implement improvements in all areas of store operations.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products. You will demonstrate strong sales and business acumen, with a passion for developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.

As a leader, you will be responsible for implementing improvements in all areas of store operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and store presentation.
