About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Berri branch as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers, mentoring the sales team, and overseeing supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered in full and on time.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong sales and business acumen, with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products. You will be self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations, and be able to identify opportunities to develop new business.
